very old pre-civil war knife and fork, antique bone handled hand forged utensils

Very old hand forged iron fork and table knife with carved bone handles - these are ancient and beautiful, with handles worn and polished smooth from long use. We saw no marks or initials to the knife blade or the bone handles. We've never seen flatware as old as these pieces, it's far older than the mass produced civil war era utensils we've seen. We don't know much else about them, they came out of the estate of a hoarder / antique dealer in the Black Earth, Wisconsin area, but where they came from before that, who knows! They have never been 'dug', that much is obvious from their condition.
