These are periodic releases as "A service of the Pet Foods Division of the Quaker Oats Company" with advertising for their "Ken-L-Meal", "Ken-L-Biskit", "Ken-L-Ration", "Ken-L-Burger" and "Puss'N Boots" lines.
This is from the estate of a farm and small animal vet. It has some wear from use.
