vintage Avon bottle, green milk glass shaker full of Moonwind powder sachet scented talc

Vintage Avon blue-green milk glass shaker with lid, full or mostly full of Moonwind 'powder sachet' which looks like talcum powder to me. Jar is in very good condition and measures about 3 1/2" to the top of the lid.
