vintage Ball Mason jar wire bail quart w/ glass lid, antique embossed date July 14 1908

Very old clear glass Ball Mason canning jar with an embossed patent date 1908. This is a quart size jar with wire bail and glass lid, though no rubber seal.

Both the jar and the lid are in very nice condition with very little roughness or wear. There is some rusting to the metal closure.
