Vintage Belleek - Ireland china wall pocket, a shady wide brimmed hat to hold flowers or greenery. It measures about 8 3/4" overall diameter.

This has a small dark spot (makers flaw) at the center, but otherwise looks good, no chips or cracks. It's a little dusty inside!
