vintage Fenton pink pressed glass swan - candle holder, candy dish, figurine?

Pretty pink Fenton swan, about 4 1/2" long x 4" tall. Not sure if this was made as a mint dish or to hold a little candle, but I think it would work well for either! It's in excellent condition, no chips or damage.
