vintage German dumplings spaetzle maker w/ recipe, stainless steel kitchen tool in box

Spaetzle maker for authentic German spaetzle, 1990s vintage, made in China for Wilton.

The box has wear, but does include the recipe printed on the side. And the tool itself does not look as though it's been used.
