vintage Halloween paper party horns, blow outs in original package

1989 Halloween party blow outs (tooters with 'tongues') in original package, never used. Package has been opened, there were originally six and only four remain. Package was marked to reflect this. (It's kind of amazing how much work is put into some garage sales!)
