vintage Harker ware Chesterton pie crust feather edge china grey & white plates

These 1950s vintage Harker pottery plates are not in perfect condition - nonetheless, they're just the prettiest things, in beautiful, classic grey and white.

We love the gadroon pattern edging, like a ruffle edge around the grey. And we love the way the little round plates look against the squares!

There's four each of round plates (about 6 1/4" in diameter) and square plates (about 8 1/2" x 8 1/2"). The square plates have noticeable browning and crazing. The round plates are a much cleaner color.

All eight pieces have a few utensil marks and scratches from use. We found only a couple of flea bite chips over the entire lot, though.
