vintage Irish hand cut crystal ivy ball vase w/ fern pattern, Waterford Ireland Penrose label

Beautiful hand cut crystal ivy ball or cuttings vase - never used, this still has the Penrose foil label. I think this pattern is a fern, but maybe it's wheat?

This measures 6 1/4" tall and about 2 3/4" at the opening. It's nice and clean, no clouding or wear, no chips or damage.
