vintage Italian ceramic cake plate or small tray, hand painted flowers in bright spring colors

Vintage Italian ceramic serving plate with hand painted flowers - this is so pretty, very colorful! It's about 12 1/2" across the handles.

Condition is very good, no scratching or utensil marks. There's some glaze flaws (see photos), it's rustic pottery with the slight irregularities you'd expect with folk art.
