vintage Japan Christmas Santa head pitcher, big smiling face milk jug, Holt Howard?

Unmarked vintage Japan ceramic Santa face pitcher, about 4 1/2" tall x 7" across. This has a little crazing but no chips or cracks, and the paint looks very good without wear.
