vintage Japan Easter chicks party decorations or basket fillers, paper figures w/ knit & felt

Pair of Easter chicks with rhinestone eyes, and cute glued on felt hats and finery. These are made like paper snowmen, but they have beaks instead of noses, and green bases (no snow).

They are 5" and 5 1/2" tall and stand unaided, though they look a little tipsy! There's a little discoloration at the glue on the knit exterior at the bases, more so to the girl chick in the navy blue bonnet.
