vintage Japan hand painted ceramic turkey shape soup tureen or gravy bowl for Thanksgiving table

Mid century vintage Japan turkey shaped soup tureen or serving bowl, with notched lid made to fit around a ladle (not included).

This would be great as a gravy bowl, it's not terribly huge (measures about 8" x 6" overall). Or just display it as a decorative piece!

It's in good clean condition without chips or damage - the crazing on the bottom does not show through onto the interior.
