Unmarked Nippon or Japan porcelain dragon tea pot, beautifully detailed, all hand painted. Early to mid 20th century vintage, we think?

This measures about 6 3/4" tall to the top of the dragon's head on the lid. It's in very nice condition without chips, cracks or staining.
