vintage Japan paper novelty, Miracle Fish fortune telling party game toy

Vintage made in Japan magic koi gold fish to tell fortunes, a printed paper 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" with key to 'reading' the fish on the back. It's a little worn, but seems to 'work' fine, and it would probably be possible to print these old graphics onto a new piece of paper.
