vintage Japan snowmen, Christmas snowman china figurine holds pirouette dancer girl

Vintage hand painted ceramic snow couple figurine, 50s or 60s, made in Japan. This is so sweet... the snow lady twirls around, and the whole piece measures just 5" tall.

This is in excellent condition, never displayed, still in the original packing box. It's a delicate ornament... we've never seen one of these before, and can't imagine many have survived over the years.
