vintage Japan tin toy doll size clothes washer not working automatic Jr Washer

Not working vintage tin toy 'Jr Washer', made in Japan. I can't get this to spin, and I think it's probably missing some handles or levers, as well as being seized up.

The finish looks good without rust, and it's still cute for your dolls, or as laundry room decor! Measures about 3 1/4" x 3 3/4" x 5" tall.
