vintage King's Crown ruby flash thumbprint glass cake stand dessert plate

Kings Crown pattern glass with ruby band - ruby stain or ruby flashed color? This is vintage Indiana glass rather than the antique Tiffin glassware, I think.

This is the cake salver in good condition without damage, the color is strong and red, with just a little scratching and small spots or wear. It's 12" in diameter across the cake plate, and stands about 4 1/2" tall.
