vintage King's Crown ruby flash thumbprint glass cake stand dessert plate

Kings Crown pattern glass with ruby band - ruby stain or ruby flashed color? This is vintage Indiana glass rather than the antique Tiffin glassware, I think.

This is the cake salver in very nice condition without damage, the color is strong and very red, without scratching or fading. It's 12" in diameter across the cake plate, and stands 4 1/2" tall.
