vintage Murano style Sooner? art glass swan, cobalt blue slag glass large bowl or planter

I love the cobalt blue color of this vintage glass swan, it seems to me a perfect color for a swan! I don't know if this is a Sooner glass piece or Murano glass, I've seen so many of these called either one.

It's a lovely hand shaped piece in any case, and vintage. Measures about 11" long overall, 8 1/2" tall, about 8 1/2" across the bowl. It's in excellent condition without chips or cracks.
