Noritake Troy pattern china, vintage, made in Japan. This is a lovely cream colored china (like Syracuse Old Ivory, or Lenox) with plain gold band trim.
This is a set of four salad plates, 8 3/8" in diameter. These are all in excellent condition, I don't believe they've ever been used.
