vintage Occupied Japan bonbon dish, ornate silvery metal pedestal server - tea party pretty!

Vintage Occupied Japan pierced metal bonbon dish with a silvery (not silver plate?) finish, very pretty. This measures about 6 3/4" across the rim of the plate, and is in very nice condition without damage.
