vintage Semiole tribe hand crafted palmetto fiber doll w/ folk costume, original tag

Vintage Native American doll made by the Semiole tribe, Hollywood Florida. Doll wears the traditional Indian folk costume, with bonnet and colorful cotton dress. Her body and head are made of palmetto fibers, it looks sort of like coconut fiber.

She's about 8 3/4" tall, in very good clean condition. The original paper tag is peeled and scribbled on the back where there was a price marked. Front of the tag looks nice.
