vintage Union label Strawberry Shortcake toddler girls dress w/ costume bonnet

Vintage Strawberry Shortcake dress for a little girl (commercially made, with Union label) and home sewn bonnet or mop cap, so cute! Dress shows wear, though no particular flaws. Elastic around the cap has lost all of it's stretch from age.

The dress has no size tag that I could find, and I'm not sure what this would be in modern sizing. It's about 16" long from shoulder to bottom of the hem, 10" across the chest under the arms (roughly a 20" bust on the garment).
