vintage Waverly print cotton fabric sample, pink & grey Chalet Swiss folk art style

I believe this is a sample print of a vintage Waverly design, cute folk art print in pink and grey. It's a cotton sateen, medium weight, no backing though the selvage is marked 'bonded'.

I'm not certain of the exact vintage of this Swiss Chalet print, though I'm guessing mid-century. This was in a collection of other mid-century vintage decorator fabrics from the estate of a custom upholsterer.

This piece is unused, in very good condition. Measures 36" wide at the selvages, just short of 1 yard.
