vintage Westmoreland ruby rose glass bell, artist signed hand painted enamel

Vintage Westmoreland glass table bell, ruby stain with roses and flowers, hand painted and signed as shown. This is about 5 1/4" tall overall. It's in excellent condition without damage, though the original Westmoreland label has a little wear.
