vintage Wheeling encrusted gold border china plate, dresden style floral B Art China eagle mark

1930s vintage Art China (Wheeling West Virginia) hand decorated plate with wide heavy 18 karat gold encrusted border in excellent condition. I love the floral here, too. And the backstamp with the eagle is as beautifully detailed as the front on the plate! No wear, no damage, this is so nice. Measures 10 1/4" in diameter.
