vintage art glass heart shaped vase, Valentine heart crystal clear glass w/ red

Heavy hand blown art glass vase, a heart shape about 4 1/2" tall. This has red inside the clear glass, so pretty! Not sure of the exact age or origins of this piece - it's Murano style, but not marked or signed that I could see.
