vintage baby plate with very 50s graphics boy & girl early reader style illustration

Sweet vintage child's plate, a store gift to the family of a new baby, 1950s. I love the illustration, so cute! The back of the plate is marked For Your Baby's Happiness - Malvetz Furniture and Appliance - Sturgeon Bay, Wis.

This has been used, and does have a little light scratching and a old browned chip to the underside of the rim. Plate measures about 7" in diameter.
