vintage blue & white ceramic ice water rolling pin, Harker Cameo or Hall china?

Unmarked mid-century vintage pottery rolling pin with a cork stopper end to hold ice water for rolling pastry.

This looks like a Harkerware cameo ware blue or Hall superior china blue color to us, it's a sky blue with creamy white.

This measures 9" across the pin, about 15 1/2" long end to end. There's glaze crazing from age and use, but no chips or cracks.
