vintage blue & white swirl splatterware enamel covered jar, small canister or sugar bowl

Made in China CGS blue and white splatter enamelware, a little pot with lid - I think this is a sugar bowl? It's about 4 3/4" tall to the top of the lid. Condition is very good, without damage or wear.
