vintage brass dish w/ vitreous enameled glass mandala design in red green gold

Vintage brass plate with beautiful bold design in vitreous enamel, rich glossy colors. This is made in India I think, 70s or 80s? Enamel work looks good, though there's some spots of the glass 'paint' on the back. This plate measures about 7 1/2" in diameter.
