vintage brass fan w/ dragon or phoenix bird, heavy solid brass wall art hanging plaque

Vintage brass fan shaped wall plaque - this is heavy solid brass, not one of those tinny lightweight pieces. Design is a phoenix or a dragon? Fan measures 11 1/2" x 7" overall. This was probably made to be a wall hanging, but it would look great on table vignette, too.
