vintage brass planter or cachepot w/ seashells, large shell shaped bowl

We love this brass flower pot with sea shell design. It's India brassware, 80s vintage, I think?

Measures 8" in diameter at the rim of the pot, and about 6" tall. There's a  little tarnishing and soil from use.
