vintage carnival chalkware wall plaque, baby in bloomers kewpie doll style!

Vintage chalkware plaster wall plaque, 1940s or 50s vintage. This little doll is wearing bloomers, booties and a bow - it's like a kewpie outfit on a dolly dingle girl! She's hand painted with a luster finish, a little worn. Measures 6" tall.
