vintage carved plastic picture, Chinese tree peonies faux gemstone jade carving

Vintage plastic 'jade' picture in a chinoiserie style, probably 1970s or 80s at my best guess, a Chinatown tourist souvenir? This doesn't seem to be marked or signed that I could find, just faint remains of an old label.

Although this looks as though it was made for framing in the lid of a box or a picture frame, there's really no sign that this was ever framed. It measures about 8 1/2" in diameter, and is smooth on the back (no hangers). The plastic is semi translucent, colors brighter than real stone would be.
