vintage cast iron hooks, large ornate wall mount plant hangers or coat hooks w/ old white paint

Pair of large cast iron hooks for hanging plants, or maybe to use as coat hooks? They're really big, and stand about 10" out from the wall mounting. These have a fancy ornate scrolling shape, 20th century vintage reproductions in a Victorian style.

The white finish is rust spotted, but the metal itself is in very good condition. They'd be pretty with a new paint in white, or the classic black, or a fun color!
