1980s or 90s vintage cast iron wall bracket bell, the kind where you ring the bell with a long chain on the clapper. Fun to ring, and this does work.

The wall bracket has a string of witchy looking cats in silhouette. This is a great piece for a cat owner, folks will know to expect kitties inside when they see your bell!

There's some light soil and surface rust to the bell, chain and bracket. You'll want to clean and season this, or paint it. And it's easy to replace the chain with a string, new chain or cord.
