vintage cast metal S&P shakers, souvenir of Washington DC embossed scene US Capitol

Early 1900s vintage cast metal salt and pepper shakers set, a souvenir of Washington DC. I think these are spelter, with a bronze colored finish, no makers marks. They're about 2" tall overall. Never used, they're in very good condition.
