vintage celluloid plastic baby toy, sailor duck spinner wheel rolling push toy

Vintage early plastic or celluloid baby toy, a sailor duck in the style of a famous cartoon duck - we'd guess this is probably one of those unbranded cheaply made dime store toys made in Japan or Hong Kong. (We didn't find any markings on this one.)

It's 7" in diameter across the pink and blue wheel, spins smoothly. It's in good clean condition overall, very little discoloration or wear to the paint, though has some melt marks as shown.
