vintage cobalt blue depression glass, caddy / serving tray, plate w/ center handle

Vintage cobalt blue depression glass tray with center handle, probably Hazel Atlas glass? This is about 6 1/4" overall diameter, nicely sized for a condiment tray or to hold votive candles! It's in excellent condition without damage.
