vintage cotton fabric, blue rosebuds print on white crinkle plisse

Soft lightweight cotton plisse fabric, 1950s or 60s vintage, 36" wide. This piece is 2+ yards - nice and bright, but does have some spots! We haven't washed or soaked it.
