Pretty vintage soft cotton flannel fabric, great for a flannel dress, lounge pants etc.. This is a 4 yard length of 45" wide fabric.

It's never been laundered, and does have some soil / yellowing to the selvage and a few fold lines, and a few spots which I did not attempt to remove. Nice and bright overall.
