Large crewel work embroidery, mounted on a piece of a cardboard box and stuck into a wood frame. The framing is a little crudely done, but the needlework itself is lovely - red cardinals hand stitched in wool yarn on green linen weave fabric. Perfect all winter long! Measures 26 1/2" x 20 1/2" over the outside of the frame.
