vintage cut crystal plate w/ heart pattern, border of hearts for wedding or Valentine decor

Clear lead crystal plate with cut hearts and starburst center, about 7" overall diameter. I don't know this pattern name or maker, but this is so pretty and sparkly, and perfect for a Valentine’s day or wedding theme vignette! No noticeable chips, very little scratching.
