vintage drawstring pouch Steuben Glass label, silver cloth bag for presentation or storage

Small silver cloth pouch with Steuben Glass label - I'm not sure of the exact age, though this is a vintage piece with some discoloration (browning and / or soil). Possibly an ornament bag, I think?
