vintage elegant glass compote bowl w/ morning glory pattern silver overlay deposit

1920s or 30s vintage elegant glass compote, Heisey or Paden City? This is about 11" across the the bowl x 5 1/2" tall, pressed glass with sterling silver morning glories design.

There's tarnishing but very little wear to the silvering, and the glassware looks very good without chips or cracks.
