vintage elegant glass, gold decorated wheel cut glass fruit bowl or centerpiece

This vintage fruit bowl looks like a Wheeling decorated piece to me, 1900 - 1920s vintage. It's fine thin glass, cut and etched by hand, gold all painted by hand as well. It's about 9" in diameter.

The applied gold has some wear, which really does not detract from it's lovely vintage look at all. No chips or cracks, the glass itself is in very good condition.
