vintage feather duster w/ wood handle, ostrich or emu feathers or rooster feathers

Old feather duster with wood handle, no marks or labels. This measures about 22" end to end. It's been used, but it's pretty clean overall.

I don't know what kind of feathers these are - the color and tips don't seem much like ostrich feathers to me, but the texture looks more like emu or ostrich plumes than chickens! This one's a mystery to me.
